When? November 13th, 2020 starting at 9PM Berlin Time.

If you’re like me and you’re terrible at converting time zones, I’d recommend punching in your own local time with Berlin at world time buddy.

What? A digital zoom hangout / party with longboard dancers and freestylers from around the globe.

Why? Because SYCLD got cancelled twice this year, and besides most of us are on lockdown again anyways 🙁

What a year we’ve been going through as a longboard community?! For those who attended SYCDAS Round 1, can you believe it has almost been SIX MONTHS since that happened? Crazy…

For those who didn’t attend SYCDAS Round 1, and don’t know what this is all about, simply put, SYCLD 2020 was postponed back in April (and as we all know, ended up getting cancelled this year as a whole) so to be sad together as a community, LD.World hosted a huge Zoom call on the same day SYCLD 2020 was supposed to take place back in April.

Longboarders from all over the world joined, and we caught up, we laughed, we chatted, we drank together digitally, and it was all around just awkward and hilarious.

So we’re doing it again with SYCDAS2!

I figured the days are getting colder and shorter, and the “skate-less” season is once again approaching for those of us who live in regions of the world with a full four-season spectrum.

And to add insult to injury, COVID is still around, being lame, and cases seem to be rising all over the world again -_-

So what better way to fend of sadness and lame COVID-19 vibes than to get together on a Zoom party again.

Longboarders from all over the world will be in attendance, and we’ll certainly think of some kind of ridiculous digital drinking game to play!
